How might we communicate the importance of transit operators to the Seattle community by explaining and recognizing their roles through their stories?
Scan Their Stories is a mural linked with QR codes that addresses the invisible labor of public transit operators through their stories and experiences.

Each of us created 16-20 rapid sketches to start our ideation stage. Each concept had certain aspects we liked, and were further developed and narrowed down to our three design directions…
